Automotive parts

Automotive stampings are produced primarily on fully automated progressive presses Heilbronn 2200, PME 1000, PME 2500, PME 4000 and PME 5000.

Before welding, parts are degreased and cleaned on the WIR 4H/OSK machine. The RT 250 Euro circular dryer removes oil using corn media. DesignWeld welding equipment is complemented by inspection stations ensuring 100% thread passability for nuts or bolts.

Production process and quality

From 3D data and drawings, we prepare the layout and design of tools and fixtures. We manufacture and tune the tool in our own toolshop, stamp the parts, degrease or tumble them, weld on fasteners and pack them to the customer's specification.
