Engineering production
Engineering production was fully introduced in 2012. A dispatch hall for storing finished products was added in 2019.
Production is welding-certified to ČSN EN ISO 3834-2 and follows ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards. We dispatch serial orders from safety stock and can deliver Just-In-Time.

Welding and handling
The manual welding shop has MIG/MAG technology, a LORCH S5 SPEEDPULSE pulsed source and a manual plasma source. Extracted booths are complemented by modular plasma-nitrided tables with 25 mm thick tops.
- resistance stud welding in the 3–13 mm range
- materials: steel, stainless and heat-resistant steel
- two overhead cranes with capacities of 5 and 3,5 tonnes
- materials: grade 11…, S235, QsTe…, aluminium, brass and stainless steel
