Galvanizing line
Galvanizing is the electrochemical deposition of the appropriate metal onto a conductive material. In our case, it is a galvanizing process, i.e. that we apply a layer of zinc to the conductive material (steel), this layer is most often around 8-12μm. The zinc layer on the material acts as protection against corrosion. It can improve the appearance and aesthetic value of the product.
The galvanizing process consists of several processes
- Degreasing, pickling, zinc coating, chromating, sealing, drying.
- The material is rinsed between individual processes.
- Chromating means that we will create a passivation layer on the zinc layer, which will better protect the product against corrosion. We use thin layer blue passivation with sealing. This passivation is free of hexavalent chromium.

Painting line
We have a modern continuous high-capacity painting line, on which, thanks to its well-thought-out design, we are able to paint both series of thousands and one-piece products. We can pre-treat and paint both steel and aluminum alloy and galvanized products.

What is powder coating?
Powder coating (or komaxit) is a modern metal surface treatment technology. Powder coating is a method that ensures high-quality surface treatment of metals with powder paints with high durability and resistance to abrasion. Powder coating is a process of applying powder paint and curing it at 160-250°C. The advantage of powder coating is that it is an ecological method because it does not pollute the environment.

Powder coatings
Varnishing with powder varnishes is ecological varnishing, in which the powder varnish is applied only by an air stream with the help of an electrostatic field to the products. In other methods, the pigments are dispersed in diluents. The name KOMAXIT® was adopted for this technology. Types of colors according to the RAL swatch. Surface could have structure, glossy or matte finish according to the options of the color suppliers. It goes without saying that the prescribed thickness of the final paint finish is checked.
What about the places that are not supposed to be painted?
We perform masking (covering) of parts on the parts that are not to be painted, especially the threads, whether of screws or nuts, the surface for grounding the assembly, places where parts should touch metal, etc.
