The project deals with the acquisition of a new in-house information system, including a superstructure in the form of MES (SW+HW), which will enable the introduction of digitization of production, respectively production and pre-production stages, will eliminate the paper agenda within production and the company, and will lead to the full digitization of business processes.

The goal of the project implementation is:

• The acquisition of a full-fledged ERP and MES system (SW + HW), which will lead to the achievement of a high level of simplicity of data management and their availability exclusively online,
• a substantial increase in the quality of information flows in the company,
• minimization of time for the decision-making process,
• more efficient management and production thanks to its automation and digitization,
• monitoring the status of orders online, monitoring the status of machines including their maintenance, online machine work queues,
• reducing the error rate due to the introduction of new production software and mobile terminals.
