annotation: The goal of the project is to train the employees of HOBES, spol.s.r.o. in a series of courses measured on soft skills (business and presence skills) and in a series of General IT courses. A total of 48 employees will be involved in the project, 12 of them are people over the age of 54. A total of 48 people will receive minimal support. The project will be implemented for 24 months, in the Moravian-Silesian region.
